REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident ordering Balance. If something is not right we will always try to make it right.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged faulty or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess it quickly.
If approved we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery so we can investigate and resolve it.
Refund Process
Once your claim is approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the funds to appear depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non refundable unless the issue is caused by an error on our part such as a damaged or incorrect item.
Late or Lost Deliveries
If your order is delayed or lost in transit please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control but we will always assist where possible.
